Very helpful stuff in all sectors from reception, maintenance, cleaners and waiters. Nice sea view room. Spacious room with amazing tv channels since it shows all the european cable sports and you can enjoy football/formula1 etc in your room privacy just like home. Air condition was nice in all the common areas since it was really hot outside.

Only 1 km from the center of the noicy Saint Julians, and it is a quiet place. Just 15-20 meters from the sea. It looked like I was able to touch the water from my ground floor balcony. Also, ground floor balcony has a lot of space (higher floor balconies are smaller). The room was soundproof indeed. Breakfast is tasty enough with fish food included. The swimming pool area is spacy. Self-service sauna. Gym could be bigger, but at least it is there. WiFi is perfect.

Great location, just at the sea. We've got presidential suite with a sea view so that was perfect. A lot of room for 2 adults and two kids. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I've had my meds shipped to hotel reception, and they were kind to deliver it to my room.

We came to stay in Malta a large family with parents, a disabled father, siblings, children and a baby. The welcome at the hotel was wonderful and they took care of every detail, upgraded us to a room with a view to the sea, and took special care of the disabled dad for accessibility and all his needs. Special thanks to Josephine who received us and took good care of us at the first day. Special thanks to Carman who allowed quickly enter an accessible room and made a special effort for early check in. Grate breakfast and the stuff took care of us for everything we asked for, especially the guy in charge of the omeletes. All the staff are polite nice, and caring.

The staff were fantastic, particularly with the kids! So friendly, got to know us, supported us with our car requirements, and when my boy needed emergency hospital care. The staff even drew pictures for my daughter and she for them - as a result of her asking for paper to draw on! Every staff member was bc attentive bc and caring- we loved them all! Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Room size was great.

We loved this hotel because of it's size, amazing sea views, nice walking oportunities in Pembroke park, very good breakfast, big and comfortable room (got free upgrade from double to family room without asking). Staff was amazing, every single one of them. Ladies Tanja and Tania in The Bridge restaurant definitely made our stay even better. Indoor pool was very warm and we loved it. Sauna is right next to the pool, that was great.

Location, out of town and clubs, but walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed, nice pillows, indoor pool and sauna

The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view (if you book the sea view) is amazing. I don't want to put pressure on the staff, but they made a special moment in our life possible and memorable. Will forever be grateful.

The hotel and our stay was excellent, best room for a perfect relaxing holiday with a view of the sea. Very clean atmosphere, the facilities and staff were all amazing. The check in and check out procedures were very easy with friendly staff. Beautiful hotel!

Breakfast is amazing. Dining at either Le Bistro, The Edge or Kontiki is always a treat. The pools are lovely but in summer they are very busy especially at The Edge Lido and one has to go down early to secure a deckchair. Otherwise all is lovely. Staff are very polite, courteous, friendly and always efficient.
